Baby Spinach Powder

Directly harvested from our production fields, fresh BABY spinach is sent to our OPTICAL SORTER with a laser to select and reject any contaminant or foreign body present, washed, processed and dehydrated using specific high-temperature air driers that maintain all the properties of the product.

We are producers so we control all the traceability of the product process, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and food safety from the seed to the final product.

Microbiological control

Our spinach powder has the strictest microbiological controls on the market, as the raw material is 100% produced from our own farms, with the same production standards as our fresh baby spinach, which is present in the most important supermarkets and clients from all over Europe and produced under the certificates of M&S, Tesco Nurture, and Mcdonalds, Global Gap, Planet Proof… under the garanty of the largest european spinach grower.

Humidity and Granulometry

We carry out continuous analyzes on Humidity and granulometry, guaranteeing the quality of the delivered product.

Color

The color of our dehydrated spinach has no comparison in the market, spinach acquires its maximum color with cool temperatures during its slowly winter season growing period, being a winter vegetable, at ROYALVEG we do not produce spinach in SUMMER, so the intense green color makes our baby spinach powder a Differentiating product from our competition.

Size

Unlike our competitors, the size of our spinach is baby, young spinach of smaller size, it has less vegetable stalk mass, a thinner and shorter stem (less than 3cms) and much more leaf presence, so that its process of Dehydration is slower because it needs a lower temperature, being less aggressive, therefore a product with a better texture and taste and with a greater presence of nutrients.

We produce 100% pure BABY spinach powder, without any additives, preservatives or colorants. Just dehydrated young spinach100% natural and 100% own production.
